Trelleborgs FF manager Peter Swärdh believes the arrival of Abdul Fatawu Safiu will strengthen his squad.
The Swedish Club announced the signing of the Ghanaian forward from Kotoko.
Safiu was handed a one-year contract with the option to extend the deal based on his performance at the Club.
Swärdh looks pleased with the signing of the 25-year-old and believes the former Ghana U20 attacker will add a lot to the team.
“With Fatawu Safiu we get an experienced and strong striker who can also play in all attack positions. He is creative and should strengthen our offensive qualities, says Peter Swärdh, manager.
He was Kotoko’s top scorer in the CAF Conderation Cup and NC Special Cup competitions last season.
