George Amoako will no longer have the power to vote at the Ghana Football Association Presidential elections, according to multiple reports.
The football administrator is said to have been stripped off his right to vote on behalf of Kotoko due to “trust” issues.
Kotoko declared their support to George Afriyie in the Presidential race mandating George Amoako and Nana Gyambibi Coker to vote on behalf of the Club.
But latest reports indicates the Club’s General Manager has been relieved off the rights to vote having been alleged of planning to cast his vote for another candidate. Isaac Donkor is said to have replaced the Amoako.
George Afriyie, Kurt Okraku, Lawyer Akamah Mensah, Amanda Clinton and Fred Pappoe will all be hoping to get a power to rule Ghana football on Friday.
120 candidates from Premier League, National Women’s League, first division and second division Clubs are expected to cast their votes.
