Ghanaian teen midfielder Pierre Dwomoh climbed off the bench to play for KRC Genk in their UEFA Youth League on Wednesday afternoon.
The 15-year-old Belgian-born Ghanaian was introduced on the 76th minute mark by manager Kevin van Dessel to shore up the midfield and offer bite in offensive teeth.
However his introduction and the period he lasted on the pitch could not alter the game which had already fallen 2-0 to visiting Red Bull Salzburg.
He was born to Ghanaian parents in Belgium and qualified to play for Ghana despite playing for Belgium at various youth levels.
