Black Stars new striker Tariqe Fosu needed just three minutes to register his first goal for Brentford in the English Championship on Saturday.
The Ghana forward climbed off the bench on the 79th minute mark and scored three minutes later to register his 9th goal of the season.
The 24-year-old had come off the bench to replace Bryan Mbeumo 11 minutes from time and he netted his first goal in the Brentford jersey.
Fosu secured a winter move from Oxford United to Brentford and had not scored in three games for his new side despite hitting 8 goals in 25 matches for his previous club.
His goal on Saturday will go a long way to boost his confidence ahead of his major international debut for Ghana.
Ghana coach Charles Akonnor named the former Reading player in his squad for the AFCON qualifier against Sudan.
