Striker Prince Opoku Agyemang scored a first-half brace to help Medeama cruise to a 2-0 away win over Legon Cities FC in the Ghana Premier League on Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The 21-year-old forward has now taken his league tally to 11 goals in 10 games for Samuel Boadu’s side.
Medeama took a 12th minute lead in a highly entertaining first-half after outclassing their host at their own backyard.
The visitors increased their advantage 17 minutes later when Opoku Agyemang added his second goal of the evening.
Medeama have now cushioned their lead at the summit of the table to 30 points, three points better second-placed Aduana Stars who play on Sunday.
