Ghana international Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has donated assorted health items to hospitals and the police service in Berekum.
The Hellas Verona midfielder has donated hand sanitisers, hand gloves and face masks to the Berekum Holy Family Hospital, the Berekum Zong Clinic, the Berekum Chief Iman and Berekum Ghana Police service.
The former Berekum Arsenal, Asante Kotoko and 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup winner did not leave out his hometown – Seikwa and made the same donations to two Hospitals in Seikwa in a bid to help the fight against COVID-19 global pandemic.
Kwabena Aboagye Dacosta made the donations on behalf of the player whose sister was shot dead by Kwabena Yeboah, a gunman who is still on the run.
Badu remains one of the most charitable Ghanaian players and is expected to extend the donations to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.
