Hearts of Oak could re-sign former player Nuru Sulley for the second round of the season.
Sulley has been in contact with the Phobians over a possible return, six years after leaving the Club.
The 27-year-old left Hearts of Oak in 2014 and joined Al-Nasr Benghazi in Libya before moving to Gaish.
He subsequently joined Al-Ahly Tripoli as well as Alanyaspor in Turkey. Until recently the former Tudu Might Jet man was with Egyptian Club Naft Al-Janoob after joining the Club from Al-Minaa SC.
Hearts of Oak want to make some additions to their squad in the second half of the season.
The Club have already signed Nigerien midfielder Abdourahamane Mamane Lawali and on the verge of snapping up former Nigerian U17 star Danjuma Ademola Kuti.
