The Appeals Court have thrown out an appeal filed against ex-Ghana International Nii Odartey Lamptey by his former wife Gloria Appiah, according to a report by Kasapa FM’s Alex Anyankwaa.
Madam Appiah had appealed against a Court decision to quash her plea to get 50% of the former footballer’s asserts after the two divorced.
Odartey Lamptey divorced Madam Appiah back in 2016 for infidelity.
A DNA test revealed all three Children with the woman was not his fruits forcing him to quit the marriage.
In a counterbalance, the woman has been fighting to get half of the player’s properties as compensation, an action which has been quashed by the Appeals Court.
After divorcing his ex-wife, the former Aston Villa and PSV attacker got engaged to actress and model Ruweida Yakuba with whom he has two children.
