Hearts of Oak attacker Joseph Esso has demanded GHC 100,000 to sign a contract extension with the Club.
Esso’s current deal with the Phobians runs out in a couple of months time and Hearts of Oak are willing to tie him down with a fresh contract.
Reports say the Ghanaian giants are willing to offer the former Ebusua Dwarfs forward GHC60, 000 for two years.
However the 23-year-old is unwilling to accept anything less than GHC 100,000 with a monthly wage of GHC 4,500 which could possibly make him the highest paid player at the Club.
Hearts of Oak signed Esso on a two-year deal from Ebusua Dwarfs in 2018. The striker has since gone on to become a big figure in the team scoring numerous number of goals.
The former Ghana Champions are still contemplating on the player’s request despite huge interest from foreign Clubs.
