Imperious Ghanaian forward Ishmael Yartey signalled his undying qualities by scoring a powerful brace for Hetten FC as they demolished Al-Ansar 5-0 in the Saudi league on Monday evening.
The 30-year-old former SL Benfica star scored the last goals in either halves for Hetten as they consigned their visitors to a heavy defeat.
Yartey hit the back of the net with a 38th minute strike after assisting former Nigeria U17 striker Chrisantus Macauley to register the second goal of the game 10 minutes earlier through a penalty kick.
The former Sochaux winger scrolled past two opposition defenders on the flanks with an expression of delightful skill before unleashing a powerful drive to beat the visitors keeper.
After the break Chrisantus increased the tally for the hosts with a trademark finish but it was Yartey again who stole the show another powerful drive 22 minutes from time.
Yartey has now scored 6 goals in 8 league games for Hetten since he joined them in the winter.
