Asante Kotoko board member Kofi Abban has taken to Twitter to issue a clever and indirect message to a target whom some believe is Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah.
Abban, a successful businessman, has reportedly fallen out with CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah over his leadership while other board members also disagree with the style of the former Phar Rangers bankroller.
Though Abban’s Monday morning does not directly mention Nana Yaw Amponsah anywhere fans of the club have started raising eyebrow and thinking whether his message was directed at him.
No matter how smart, successful, good-looking or special you are, it doesn’t hurt to be humble.
To develop into a better leader and a better person, it’s important to practice humility.

Several media reports from Kumasi have claimed that Abban is among a group of board members who have fallen out with Nana Yaw Amponsah.
Ghana Sports Online authoritatively reported about the acrimony among the board of directors to the point of the chairman of the board and the CEO considering resignation from their positions. Vice Chairman of the board Jude Arthur has failed to attend any of the club’s recent board meetings.
