Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak will attempt to sign former Portsmouth and Trabzonspor offensive midfielder Torric Jebrin as replacement for Sulley Muntari if they miss out on the former Inter Milan star.
Hearts have mildly engaged the former Udinese and Sunderland midfielder in talks to sign him to the capital club but things appear bleak with reports suggesting that they could lose out on the midfielder who is speculated to be considering a move to the South African top-flight league.
In reaction to the latest development on the transfer market the Hearts of Oak have identified their former player Torric Jebrin as an option for Sulley Muntari.
Jebrin recently lost his contract with Congolese giants TP Mazembe after he was released by the club for footballing reasons.
The nimble-footed midfielder started his career with Hearts in 2007 and stole hearts of many football fans in the West African country but he unceremoniously left the scene to join English side Portsmouth who in turn farmed him out to Belgian side Zulte Waregem.
The journeyed forward has played for clubs including Bucaspor, Trabzonspor, Trabzon, Ismaily, Al Wahda, El Mokawloon, El Masry, and Al-Kawkab.
He will make a second return to Hearts of Oak if he signs for the club.
