Ghanaian younger Brian Brobbey has been included in Ajax’s squad for Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match against Atalanta.
The attacker gets a chance in the team after being named in the 20-man squad.
The 18-year-old has spent most of his playing time with the team B but gets the opportunity to fill in a void left by fellow Ghanaian Mohammed Kudus who is nursing an injury.
Kudus has been ruled out for Months after picking up an injury in Ajax’s UEFA Champions League game against Liverpool.
The Ghana midfielder is expected to stay out for sometime at least until January.
Brobbey made the trip to Italy hence will be hoping to get the opportunity to make his first UEFA Champions League appearance which could make him one of the youngster players to play in Europe’s top Club competition.
