Jordan Ayew got his first goal of the season for Crystal Palace as they recorded a terrific 4-1 win over Leeds United in the English Premier League on Saturday.
The Ghanaian was making his first start for the side since recovering from Covid-19.
Ayew started up front together with Palace star man Winfried Zaha.
He found the back of the net in the 74th minute after receiving a pass from striking partner Winfried Zaha who located the Palace number 9 at the far end to lay a pass. Ayew made no mistake as he smashed the ball from close range to beat Illan Meslier in post for Leeds United.
The goal marked his first in 6 appearances for the Eagles.
Belgian forward Christian Benteke came on to replace the Ghanaian International 6minutes to full time.
Ghana midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp also came on to have a taste of the game for Crystal Palace.
