Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Ibrahim Salifu from XI Wonders, according to reports.

Hearts are yet to announce the deal though.

A flock of clubs including Medeama SC and AshantiGold have been courting the talented offensive midfielder after he impressed in the colours of the Techiman based side.

Reports in most Ghanaian portals claim Hearts had to cough up to GHS100,000 which is equivalent to USD18,000 to secure the signature of the player.

Salifu scored 3 goals in 29 appearances for Wonders in two seasons but won as many as 12 MVP awards from his commanding performance in midfield for the club.

Hearts, who are currently without a substantive head coach, take on Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
