Kotoko have exited the CAF Confederation Cup after playing out a goalless stalemate with Algeria side ES Setif.
The Reds were hoping to overturn a 2-1 defeat suffered at home in the first leg match.
Having lost to Setif at home, the Ghanaian side needed nothing short of victory to advance to the next round, however they were able to settle for a draw.
Kotoko’s exit means Ghana will have no representative at the group stage of the competition after AshGold crashed out in the first round.
Kotoko will now turn their attention to the Ghana Premier League.
