Kotoko have denied reports indicating the team got stranded upon their arrival in Accra ahead of today League match against Great Olympics.
There were multiple media reports about the team’s supposed struggles when they arrived in the capital.
Reports claimed the Reds struggled to secure a place to lodge and further got prevented from training at a facility.
Kotoko have hence rubbished the said reports in the media.
“Our Contingent arrived in Accra around 1pm. The team have checked in at the plush AH Hotel (East Legon) and are currently training at the Fadama artificial turf,” Club’s PRO David Obeng Nyarko posted on twitter.
“Kindly disregard any conflicting report.”
Kotoko could stretch their lead at the top of the table should they beat Olympics this afternoon.
