Ghanaian herbal healing technology firm Agbeve Herbal Hospital have partnered with Ace Power Promotions in a bid to rekindle interest in boxing in the West African nation.
Ghana is by far considered the biggest boxing nation on the continent, producing several world beaters since time immemorial.
Global boxing icons like Ike Quartey, boxing Hall of Famer Azumah Nelson, Joshua Quartey, Joseph Agbeko, Isaac Dogboe, and recently Samuel Takyi have all mounted the global stage.
However, the sport keeps suffering from a lack of investment directly geared towards offering competition for ambitious young boxers.
But, Agbeve Herbal Hospital, a herbal healing giant in Ghana’s capital Accra, have teamed up with Ace Power Promotions to offer a platform for ambitious and talented boxers to compete for laurels.
Ace Power Promotions, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, launched the 4 title bout night at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.
The event will happen live at the plush La Palm Beach Hotel on the 16th of October, 2021.
Below is a video recap of the launch of the event.
