Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold SC has sealed the transfer of midfielder Michael Asamoah from relegated Ebusua Dwarfs, according to reports by Kumasi-based Pure FM.
Asamoah, 24, arrived in Obuasi this week, passed medicals, and sealed his move to the Miners on a two-year contract.
The former Okyeman Planners midfielder affectionately called Saviola scored three times in 32 appearances for Dwarfs last season. He spent three seasons at the Cape Coast-based side after joining from Planners in 2018.
He is expected to go straight into the Miners squad for next season.
