Controversial Ghanaian football administrator Alhaji Grusah has basically insulted Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan following the ex-Sunderland forward’s comments about the Black Stars penalty against South Africa in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Senegalese referee Maguette N’Diaye awarded a 32nd-minute penalty to the Black Stars in the all-important decider between the four-time African champions and the Rainbow nation.
“The penalty was a penalty. Because he wanted to control Ghanaian football and he didn’t have the chance. Look at how his buttocks have become bloated. Why should he be brought back to the Black Stars? For him to do what? FIFA is more sensible than Asamoah Gyan. If not for the Black Stars, who is Asamoah Gyan? Even ball boy doesn’t qualify to be in this current Black Stars,” he said in audio aired by Kumasi-based Pure FM.
The King Faisal Babies bankroller has pounced on the 2010 FIFA World Cup star for his sharing his opinion and even went further to describe Gyan as an ungrateful person.
