Highly sought-after midfielder Justice Blay has agreed to a two-year deal with giants Asante Kotoko, according to reports by SportsNite Leaks on Asempa FM.
Blay, 29, has become a free agent after spending four seasons at Tarkwa-based Medeama SC.
According to broadcast journalist Enoch Worlanyo on Asempa FM, the box-to-box midfielder is currently in the Western Regional town of Tarkwa and has held meetings with the hierarchy of the club.
The meeting, according to multiple reports, was centered around getting the former Sekondi Hasaacas midfielder to rescind his decision to head to Kotoko.
But, from all indications, Blay is bent on joining Kotoko and has already agreed to a deal with the club, according to the reports.
Ghana Sports Online understands that Blay will travel to Kumasi during the weekend to hold a final meeting with the CEO and other management members of Kotoko.
