Ghanaian defender Ibrahim Ayew has joined the Gibraltarian side FC Bruno’s Magpies on a one-year contract, Ghana Sports Online can announce.
Ayew, 34, is the elder brother of Andre and Jordan Ayew who are captain and deputy captain for the Black Stars respectively.
The experienced right-back represented Ghana at the 2010 AFCON tournament in Angola and the FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
Bruno’s manager Nathan Rooney will be counting on the experience of the former Asante Kotoko defender to help his side progress to the next stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
They face Northern Irish side Crusaders FC.
