Ghana international winger Christian Atsu has signed a one-year contract with Turkish Super Lig side Hatayspor as a free agent.
Atsu, 30, left Saudi side Al-Raed after seeing out his contract with the club and he was once linked with a move to Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak.
The former FC Porto, Everton, and Chelsea winger will be hoping to guide the Antakya-based club to safety and maintain their top-flight status as they have begun their campaign on a wrong footing.
Atsu won the 2015 AFCON Player of the Tournament and his goal against Guinea in the same competition was also voted the best goal of the tournament.
He has retired from international duty.
