Former Dortmund youth team attacker Gabriel Kyeremateng scored the consolation goal for FC Thun when they suffered a 2-1 defeat against Lausanne in the Swiss Challenge League on Friday.
The 23-year-old has now netted 6 times in the ongoing 2022/23 season and provided 2 assists.
Lausanne took a commanding lead in the first-half after Alvyn Sanches and Brighton Labeau netted for the home side.
However, the German-born Ghanaian cut the deficit for the visitors who were reduced to 10 men on the 88th minute mark.
Kyeremateng has also had spells with English side Stoke City. He scored 14 league goals in 31 appearances for the Potters’ U23 side in two seasons.
He joined Thun in the 2020/21 season and has so far scored 19 goals in 78 appearances in all competitions.
