Cheetah FC President Abdul-Hayye Yartey lists 18 major successes in 2022. Check them out

The bankroller for the Division Two League side has outlined a number of achievements within the calendar year

President of lower-tier side Cheetah FC, Abdul-Hayye Yartey, has touched on some of the major achievements of his clubs and initiatives in 2022.

The 2021 Best Sports CEO at the 40 under Forty Achievers Awards winner led the Kasoa-based side to go unbeaten in the 2022 Central Region Division Two Zone 9 League.

In a short release, he has outlined all 18 major success stories within the year.

  1. He helped Kasoa Zongo Community to win the 2022 Ramadan Cup.
  2. He led Cheetah FC to go unbeaten in the 2022 Central Region Division Two Zone 9 League.
  3. he guided Cheetah FC to emerge finalist at the Central Region Division Two Middle League.
  4. Qualified Cheetah FC for the 22/23 National MTN FA Cup.
  5. Put together a well organized youth tournament (Cheetah FC Cup).

6. He formed a Beach soccer club, Cheetah Beach Soccer Club which went unbeaten to win the first edition of the Ghana Beach Soccer FA Cup 2022.

7. He ensured the completion of the construction of the Cheetah Beach Soccer Arena.

8. Organize the first IFBB Judges & Fitness Challenge Course in Ghana.

9. He won a PRO Card for Ghana in South Africa (Arnold Classic Africa).

10. He played a major role as Ghana hosted the IFBB PRO Card event for the first time in history;
– First IFBB PRO Card event in West Africa;
– Second IFBB PRO Card event in Africa
(IFBB WEST AFRICA CHAMPIONSHIP)

11. He won 2 additional PRO Cards for Ghana (IFBB West African Championship).

12. He helped the GOC during the 2022 Commonwealth Games (Birmingham 2022).

13. He attended his first FIFA World Cup tournament during the 2022 edition in Qatar.

14. He successfully organised the 2022 Man Ghana event.

15. Appointed onto the new Executive Committee of the African Federation of Bodybuilding (AFBB). He was further appointed to serve to head the West Africa Zone of Africa Bodybuilding.

16. In 2022 Hayye Yartey was also appointed to serve on one of the Ghana Olympic Committee’s sub-committees.

17. Under his supervision, Cheetah FC was nominated as one of the most vibrate clubs on social media during the 2022 Ghana Football Awards.

18. Though he opted not to disclose the details he hinted that he signed a good football deal in 2022.
