26 Ghanaian players were in action in Germany during the weekend with 6 of them scoring goals for their various clubs.

Braydon Manu hit the back of the net together with Ragnar Ache and Derrick Arthur Kohn also getting on the score-sheet for their clubs.

Below is a comprehensive report on how they performed for their clubs during the weekend action.

Stuttgart posted a 3-2 away win over Bochum on Sunday. Ghanaian attacker Christopher Antwi-Adjei played 90 minutes for the losers.

Kevin-Prince Boateng played 62 minutes for Hertha Berlin who were beaten 1-0 by RB Leipzig.

FC Koln silenced Augsburg after beating them 3-1 at their favourite home grounds. Ghana defender Kingsley Schindler was at the base of that impressive performance from the Billy Goats. Italy youth international of Ghanaian descent Kelvin Yeboah missed the game for Augsburg with a broken ankle.

Bayer Leverkusen posted a 3-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday and Ghanaian trio of Jeremy Frimpong, Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Callum Hudson-Odoi were in the Leverkusen team for the game.

Daniel-Kofi Kyereh missed Freiburg’s 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich due to injury.

In the Bundesliga II, Nurnburg drew 1-1 with Karlsruher SC and Ghanaian defender Jans Gyamerah was in action for Nurnburg while Stephan Ambrosius came off the bench to play for the away side.

Hamburg SV posted a 6-1 win over Hannover 96. Ghanaian defender Derrick Arthur Kohn scored the consolation goal for Hannover while Ransford Yeboah-Konigsdorffer climbed off the bench to score for the winners.

Anton-Leander Donkor lasted the entire 90 minutes for Eintracht Braunschweig when they defeated Kaiserslautern 1-0 on Saturday.

Greuther Furth defeated Sandhausen at their own backyard. Ragnar Ache scored for Furth while former Hamburg defender Gideon Jung also played for the winners.

Okyere Kwasi Wriedt came off the bench to play for Holstein Kiel in their 3-2 away win over Hansa Rostock.

Darmstadt won 2-1 against Paderborn on Sunday and Ghanaian forward Braydon Manu scored and assisted for the winners while defender Patric Pfeiffer came off the bench to solidify the defence of the winners. Sirlord Conteh played 69 minutes for the losers.

In the third-tier league, Marcel Appiah warmed the bench for VfB Oldenburg in their 2-1 home reverse against Wehen.

Michael Akoto came off the bench to play for Dynamo Dresden in their 2-1 win over RW Essen.

Maxwell Gyamfi was booked on the 50th minute and played full time for VfL Osnabruck in their 3-0 loss to 1860 Munich.

Erich Berko lasted 63 minutes for Hallescher when they beat Aue 5-2.

Dutch-born Ghanaian Prince Aning came off the bench to play for Borussia Dortmund II when they won 5-0 against Duisburg. Leroy Kwadwo warmed the bench for the losers.

Ingolstadt won 3-0 against Meppen and Ghanaian defender Hans Sarpei Nunoo played the full 90 minutes for the winners.

Saarbrucken held Zwickau to a 2-2 drawn game and Raphael Assibey-Mensah warmed the bench for Zwickau.

SpVgg Bayreuth introduced Agyemang Diawusie on the 75th minute mark when Verl beat them 4-1.

In the Regionalliga West, Daniel Kyerewaa scored for Schalke O4 II in their 3-1 win over Ahlen.

Meanwhile Joshua Quarshie scored in the 72nd minute for Hoffenheim II in their 5-0 win over Worm in the Regionalliga Sudwest.
