President of Ghana Fencing Association Mohammed Mahadi was part of 153 delegates at this year’s International Fencing Federation (FIE) Congress meeting in Paris, France. The event took place from 6th to 9th of December, 2018.

The annual gathering accomplished multiple decisions and procedures as part of its official charter.
