Ghanaian teen sensation David Boateng powers Crystal Palace to FA Youth Cup win

Ghanaian teenage midfielder David Boateng scored the opening goal for Crystal Palace U18 as they claimed a 2-1 win over Cogenhoe United in the English FA Youth Cup on Thursday.

Boateng, 17, opened the scoring for Palace in the 50th minute, which was cancelled out almost immediately by the hosts’ Jack Mullally.
