Hearts of Oak defeated Togolese side Étoile Filante 1-0 in a preseason friendly.

Mitchel Sarpong got the only goal of the match to see the Ghanaian side grab victory away at the Ominisport Stadium in Togo.

Coach Kim Grant handed opportunity to all the travelling players by playing two different teams in the both halves.

Goalkeeper Richard Attah who recently joined from Elmina Sharks also got the chance to make his debut for the Club.

The Phobians are expected back in the country to prepare for the President Cup match against Kotoko on December 15 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
