Lazio have officially began talks with Bologna over the transfer of midfielder Godfred Donsah.
Calciomercato reports the two sides are currently in negotiation with a deal expected to be struck in the coming weeks.
Donsah could be on his way to Rome should the two parties reach an agreement.
The Ghanaian international became a target for Lazio after a good start in the season where he has managed to score twice for Bologna in the Italian Serie A.
At age 21, the midfielder is attracting lucrative offers from some big Clubs in Europe, but Lazio looks to be the next destination of the former Ghana U20 star having made their intention clear to sign the highly-rated midfielder.
Joined Bologna in 2015 from fellow Serie A side Cagliari after initially struggling for playing time at Chievo Verona.
Meanwhile, Torino and Inter-Milan are also seeking to sign the Ghana midfielder with few weeks to the winter transfer window.
